Hi Everyone,

I’ve been on Dan-e for 3 weeks now and I’m loving the way I feel. I wake up feeling refreshed and more energized. I think Dan-e has even made me more calm, less stressed out. The kids will be screaming in the background, dinner still needs to be prepared, and the house is a mess! Yet, for some reason it doesn’t stress me out. I feel less anxious and I’m just in a great mood overall. I take everything in stride and I think my mood is contagious because everyone seems to be in a better mood. Or maybe I’ve always been to stressed out to notice? My husband even noticed these little changes. He loves the new me! Especially because I don’t nag him as much or get easily irritated with. Dan-e’s helped our marriage in so many ways. We’ve become closer, learned to communicate more effectively, and just enjoy each other’s company. Hello Dan-e users and prospective clients. I am back for another blog to share my experience with this life changing supplement. Yes, I said life changing! As I said before, I had been struggling for some time with how my body and mind were reacting to stress. I was also feeling really tired a lot of the time. Since I’ve been taking Dan-e, I don’t feel the heavy burden of stress like I used to. I have this sense of calm about me that people who know me well have noticed. At the same time, I am also feeling so much more motivated and am putting so much more effort and energy into everything. It felt so great last week when a co-worker stopped me and told me she noticed a difference in me. As I had said before, I am an inner city schoolteacher and I teach a population of students that are largely in poverty. Sometimes the combination of their academic delays and social/emotional problems can really be overwhelming. My colleague stopped me when we were both on a break and said, “Wow, you are so calm this year. I see you standing in the middle of chaos and just taking everything that these kids throw at you”. She wanted to know what I was doing differently this school year. So I let her know that I have taken the Dan-e challenge and that it has really helped me not only handle stress better, but it really has given me this overall sense of well being. Instead of dreading the challenge of closing the achievement gap in America, I now come to school everyday ready to truly make a difference in my student’s lives. I am so thankful that I have my passion for teaching back! Furthermore, I have more energy to go out and see friends, go to the theatre and attend great workshops that help me do my job better! The battery is charged!

I had always heard that stress affects your health and wellbeing. I never believed this was true until recently. For the first time in my 36 years, I was unable to handle the daily challenges that life was throwing at me. Anyone who follows my fitness blog knows from my previous posts on supplements that I have struggled with enhancing energy naturally versus the use of supplements. I have used stimulants such as Hydroxycut, Zantrex, and Lipo6, among others, none of which provided lasting benefits for my daily routine. I lead a very active lifestyle, as Brand Ambassador to several companies, fashion designer, and model. In between gigs, I maintain a fitness routine to help me stay in shape.
However, over time I felt as if I could not make it through the day. Even with 7 hours of sleep each night, I felt mentally drained and my muscles felt overused. I decided to quit the gym so that I could conserve my energy for my more important commitments. This helped somewhat, but I just couldn’t shake the feeling of lethargy even with caffeine and green tea supplements twice a day in my efforts to beat fatigue. I did not want to give up the supplements but I knew that I needed to, in order to restore my adrenal functions.
I did not have to go to a doctor to find out that my adrenals were depleted, I knew because no matter how much I ate, I felt nutritionally deprived. I took vitamins twice a day but still I felt mentally drained. I decided to do a detox after giving up caffeine. I wasn’t sure how that was going to help but I know that I needed to do something. I decided to try it and to track my progress just in case anyone else was interested.
