Hello Again, Eileen Marks here, sharing my latest thoughts and experiences with Dan-E. In my earlier posts, I talked a lot about how wonderful Dan-E has been in helping me to restore balance in my emotions and recharge my energy and lust for life. Speaking of lust… There is another area in my life that needed a bit of a boost and yes I am talking about my sex life. Throughout my twenties, I was always ready for an intimate moment and was, more often than not, the one who initiated sex in my relationships. Similar to the other areas in my life that had fallen a little flat in the past year, my sex drive had also decreased. I am engaged and live with my fiancé. One would think that this exciting time of planning our lives together would lend itself to many intimate moments. But both of us work full time and have very demanding jobs. In recent months, it seems like the last thing on our minds in sex. Not having as many of those moments with my fiancé really bothered me. Hi Everyone,

I’ve been on Dan-e for 3 weeks now and I’m loving the way I feel. I wake up feeling refreshed and more energized. I think Dan-e has even made me more calm, less stressed out. The kids will be screaming in the background, dinner still needs to be prepared, and the house is a mess! Yet, for some reason it doesn’t stress me out. I feel less anxious and I’m just in a great mood overall. I take everything in stride and I think my mood is contagious because everyone seems to be in a better mood. Or maybe I’ve always been to stressed out to notice? My husband even noticed these little changes. He loves the new me! Especially because I don’t nag him as much or get easily irritated with. Dan-e’s helped our marriage in so many ways. We’ve become closer, learned to communicate more effectively, and just enjoy each other’s company. If this is what Dan-e’s done to me in just 3 weeks, I can’t wait to see how I feel when I finish the Dan-e Challenge!
