10 days after Dan-E
I started Dan-e on the August 19, about 10 days ago. I was told it would take up to 8 weeks before it would take effect. However, I started noticing some changes in my body that let me know, I would experience its impact sooner. I noticed tingling here and there. I felt a lot of sensations in my breast within a short time. One thing that I did not expect though and was not told might happen is the lack of appetite. I can barely force myself to finish a meal. I can only eat a small amount of food at meal time because large amounts make me feel nauseated. I am happy about that side effect as it allows me to eat a regular size meal and forget about it until the next meal time. I believe something else had to happen for me to enjoy this side effect and that is, I am no longer feeling drained or deprived, so I don’t need large amounts of food to satisfy my need for energy to power through the day. Can’t wait for day 20 to see what else I can get out of two little pills a day.

In need of a scale!
Yesterday, I barely ate anything. I went to have my usual lunch and ordered a spicy dish. I could not eat any of it. My taste buds are practically none existent. I ended up choosing salmon and a handful of grapes. I also noticed that I can not stand some foods I ate regularly like blue crab spread. I tried snacking on that yesterday and it made me pretty nauseous.
It got me thinking, that I should find out what my weight is and start tracking it, because Dan-e might cause me to lose weight. I haven’t weighed myself in maybe 6 years so I am excited to find out how much I weigh and track it while I am on the supplement.
In the past when I maintained a 5-days/week cardio regime, I didn’t think it was necessary to judge myself by the scale because as my muscles developed I got heavier even though I lost inches. Anyhow, I will weigh myself now since I no longer follow a fitness regime and I am taking a supplement that could affect my weight. I do not have time to work out at the moment. I am sure once I can fit it into my schedule I will resume a fitness regime.

Anyone who follows my fitness blog knows from my previous posts on supplements that I have struggled with enhancing energy naturally versus the use of supplements. I have used stimulants such as Hydroxycut, Zantrex, and Lipo6, among others, none of which provided lasting benefits for my daily routine. I lead a very active lifestyle, as Brand Ambassador to several companies, fashion designer, and model. In between gigs, I maintain a fitness routine to help me stay in shape.
However, over time I felt as if I could not make it through the day. Even with 7 hours of sleep each night, I felt mentally drained and my muscles felt overused. I decided to quit the gym so that I could conserve my energy for my more important commitments. This helped somewhat, but I just couldn’t shake the feeling of lethargy even with caffeine and green tea supplements twice a day in my efforts to beat fatigue. I did not want to give up the supplements but I knew that I needed to, in order to restore my adrenal functions.
I did not have to go to a doctor to find out that my adrenals were depleted, I knew because no matter how much I ate, I felt nutritionally deprived. I took vitamins twice a day but still I felt mentally drained. I decided to do a detox after giving up caffeine. I wasn’t sure how that was going to help but I know that I needed to do something. Near the end of my detox someone recommended I try Dan-e, a supplement he claimed could restore my adrenals naturally, improve my mood with a sexual boost side effect. I decided to try it and to track my progress just in case anyone else was interested.
What about you? Do you also find yourself feeling drained out? Take the 8-week challenge with Omel and share your thoughts!
